Sellin my 7 what do you think i should ask for??pics inside!!!!
You have a nice amount of mods with a new paint job which is a plus. Fairly new engine helps and being non-seq will eliminate annoying boost problems that can creep up. Only downside I see is the turbos might need rebuilt or replaced soon and the 120K on the body. Either way, it's a nice clean FD and I would see it for $18-19K. Any dyno numbers for it?
You will be exposed to a possible lawsuit if you sell it with the stock ECU, and the buyer blows his engine. Without the PFC, you are not selling a working, reliable car. Frankly, I hope you do get sued if you sell it without the PFC (without parting it out).
Tell your brother to buy his own PFC.

I don't like deception.
If you declare the car to have a PFC, it had better have it. If you try to deceive the customer, then you are a crook. Plain and simple.
If you change out the ecu to the stock ecu and then knowingly sell the vehicle w/ the mods listed, you are selling a product which is set up to fail.
Either way, expect a lawsuit.
I despise these "what can I sell my car for" type of threads because I feel that if you cannot determine the market price for your vehicle, you really don't deserve much for it. You have the effort to spend on getting mods for the car, but you cannot spend the time to figure out the market price? Not only that, but these type of threads don't contribute to this forum. Rather, it clutters it.
Good luck selling your car (w/ or w/o the PFC).

thx for the comments, im fully aware of what the consequences maybe and you guys are probably right in everything you're saying, its not a smart idea to sell the car with out the PFC, although if it came to that i would part out my car first and put it back to stock, well thx for your comments and warnings
