What's the best way to fasten or secure OEM seatbelt guides onto the JDM Recaros? The belt guides weren't secured onto the seats when I got them, so I ordered new ones thinking they would include the necessary clips to go behind the shell but no dice. After some digging, I read someone mention that the OEM seatbelt guides no longer include the clips and they are not available.

Anyone run into this and find a good solution?

The clips are called speednut washers (or starlock washers due to their shape). Their part number is 995785000 and I believe they are available from Amayama.
Any speednut washer of the right size would do the job though.
