CA secondary turbo issues/blown

so i finally go the secondary turbo going(vacuum hoses hooked up to wrong spots).and im out for a night time cruise to get food. i give her some gas and the secondary turbo kicks on. then woosh!. no boost just a whosshing and slight grinding noise. i limp her home and figure ill look in the morning. i take off some intake piping and there is a little oil and a good amount of metal shavings. i assume they are from the turbo... does it sound like its dead or where should i check... i looked at all the intake pipe couplers and they are all intact and secured tightly. ... is it new turbo time?

Personally I would go BNR's but I prefer the twins, and all their "lovable" issues...
