secondary boost issue? acv boost leak?

what would cause the second turbos not to kick in as hard anymore?
Eversince I swapped out my old injectors with new ones the car hasnt been the same.I think I may have screwed something up when I dissasambled it.
Can anyone explain to me what the purpose of the air control valve is how it functions? This acv assembly bolts up to the side of the lower intake manifold.
Heres one thing that people should know.Whne I bolted the acv back on I was only able to get the top two bolts on.The bottom bolt was damn near impossible to put back on.But Right now im thinking that this may the reason im seeing these symptoms. If anyone has had experience with the acv Id really appreciate the help.Thanx guys.

its either this or some kind of boost leak I suppose.I checked a number of things already.
Checked the crv, dozens of vacuum lines, the tca
and ccv.The one thing thats for certain is that these symptoms showed up right after I worked on the car.So im pretty sure that it has to be something underneath the uim plenum. As far as what it could be.Its anyones guess.Im going to go with my gut and see If I can managed to put that third bolt on the acv assembly.

ACV is there for emissions only.

However, above the ACV is the Turbo Control solenoid (if you were working in that area).

What exactly is your boost pattern? Do you get full primary and then 0 after the transition?

my boost patern is 10-6-9 roughly.
initially when starting out I get full boost on the primary until transition and then it drops and comes back up to about 9 psi.It does this for both 1st gear and second. In third gear everything seems normal.
Im thinking boost leak. But I could be wrong.

also once the boost drops at transition it comes back up to about 7 psi and then slowly builds up to 9 psi.The car does pull fairly hard. But not like it used to.I also used to notice a deeper growl once the second turbo kicked in.This is also gone now.
