Ok,

I've searched but the couple posts I found with similar problems didn't really have any relevent info. It appears most people have problems with not boosting in 2nd and boosting in 3rd. Have not tested 1st gear.

I have stock engine/turbos with most bolt ons and a PFC. Did vacuum job last year.

I am getting primary boost every time. Around 12psi. In second gear I consistently get secondary boost although the transistion flutters a little but then it jumps right up and stays. If I do a roll in 3rd or 4th I never get the secondary to come on. Primary is fine. I've read where the TCA could cause problems but they were refering to the exact opposite problem I am having.

If someone has a couple specific things to look at first let me know. If not I guess I'll go through the pain of testing each piece.
