Question Seat moving around?

All of a sudden, the driver's set "back" is moving around. It's like you pulled the recline lever but only on the outboard side. That is the whole seat back isn't loose, just the driver's door side. I can't remember how that lever actually works so I'm not sure if I've broken something or what.

Any help would be appreciated. I'd like to know where I'm headed before I pull the seat out.

Check if the bolt might have gotten pulled out. I was missing a bolt and that happened to me, and I couldn't figure it out until I was trying to pull my dash out.

What would make the driver's side (door side) loose on the "tilt" lever, but solid on the left side of the seat???

Any ideas on the driver side "door side" tilt lever being stuck and the seat moving forward on just that side???

Thanks

Sounds to me like you should remove the seat from the car and examine it up close and personal.

14mm socket, extension, ratchet. Two front, three back. Unplug the sensor underneath. Be careful not to scratch the interior panels when removing, it's best to tilt the seat back forward.
