Scratching Squeak *already searched*

After getting my new radiator in and putting my car all back together I've been getting a scratching squeak sound. It starts low and gets louder each time. It's not a constant squeak as in it gos squeak...squeak...squeak...etc. I read that you can get this sound from a wet fan belt I believe. Anyone else have any ideas? I need to figure that out plus where I am getting this oil leak from around my power steering fluid box. Since I live in Reno there are no shops for about 150 miles or so and that would just cost a grip of money to get my car shipped there to get it fixed...but ultimately if I must then I will.

If the belt is squeaking, try some belt dressing or a little spray silicone. I used some on the minivan today(silicone), worked great!.
