Scraping Sound

Alright this one if going to be rather hard to explain without audio and I am not sure it will record well. Anyways I replaced my clutch and everything seemed all fine and dandy. After awhile I bottomed out on a stupid drive through ramp (was going slow) but even still my car causes this weird chatter/scraping noise now. The noise occurs roughly at 2200-2600 RPM any lower or higher its just fine. My initial thought was the pilot bearing but I am really unsure, then 2200-2600 RPM throws me off. IT almost sounds as though some metal is rapidly bouncing up and down on more metal, I am so confused on what it may be. I am considering: leaving it and seeing if it gets worse until I replace my engine/tranny (not this but next winter) OR tearing it all down, looking around, putting it back together with my fingers crossed unless some of you guru's have an idea of what would cause this. Anything with easy tests would be great, would rather prefer to not remove the tranny to take a look. The sound engages when the clutch is in OR out. Stationary or rolling.

Any ideas?
