Weather looks like rain for Saturday. Although anything may happen, I'm working on a rain plan. Possibly move the meet to IRP.

Ihor, i'm assuming the track day will still be on despite the rain? Just the meet will get moved to Sunday?

 

Yes, TT4C runs rain or shine. They'll be on T-bolt saturday and Lightning sunday.

I'm working on some options for the event as right now Saturday doesn't look too good.

 

Sunday at same location or very nearby seems the best option if possible, since some folks will still be running the track event rain or shine.

 

Will most like be Sunday at NJMP. I'll have this finalized tonight.

 

So great news, TT4C is also running on NJMP-Thunderbolt on Saturday, November 15th (two weeks later than the original date of the event) and we're moving the Carlisi event to that day!

This allows for (hopefully) better weather, and also gives people two more weeks to prep their FDs for the track. Lastly, Chris' mother had an issue and wasn't going to be able to make the original date. This later date gives her a better shot at making it

 

Unfortunately I'm out. PCA at VIR that weekend. Have fun!

Rich, did TT4C say if they would move people who already registered for this weekend to the new date as well or do we need to register for a second event?

 

You'd have to handle that with them. I think they should switch you over, but I'd recommend contacting the immediately.

 

I forgot to post this before but there will be a small raffle. Everyone who attends will get tickets. I'm going to do the traditional 1/2 price Carlisi Memorial motor build, maybe something else.

 

Looking forward to seeing everyone there unfortunately may not be able to bring the car this year because I've already taken it off the road for the year and have a few parts already pending sales. But will deff be there!

 

Can we have a passenger on in the car that's tracking that day? If so, is there a fee associated with the passenger and how much? Will they need to register separately as well?

 

No fee for passengers, but the only passengers allowed are those who are also tracking that day.

 

Weather looks to be cold and dry (thankfully) for the day of the event. Rain that was forecast for the day of is now set to arrive on Friday, the day before

 

I will be there this Saturday and will be taking photos!

 

As of today there are only 11 cars tracking, so if you're interested in getting out there send an email to barb@tpm.com..... registration closes on Thursday

 

I am signed up and confirmed for the track.

 

Its about a 3 hour drive for me but I plan on taking the FD out for its last day of the year. I hope there's a good turn out and its not too cold to have a good time. See everyone there.

Its too bad my FD is on the other side of the country, NJM looks like a fun track to drive. I will be driving up from dc to meet everyone and see some FD's carve corners.
