well, i've been searching around the forum for the answers to my questions, but i can't seem to find any clear answers. My questions are:

-how difficult is i to swap a 13b-rew from a JDM S8 FD into the us FD's?
-is it a direct fit, or is there custom fabrication needed?
-what exactly is needed to make the swap work?
-how much do those engines run for?
-who imports them?

As far as I know, they are mechanically almost identical. It's the electronics and harness that are different. So the bare block would look no different than a 93-95 engine.

I see some of these for sale on eBay as long blocks with turbos. To make them work you'd have to change the turbo/emissions solenoids (which you might be skipping entirely), put in a 93-95 wiring harness, and ensure the sensors are the same. I imagine they are.
