S4 TII diff in a FD3S?

will this diff just bolt right into my fd? if not what modifications do i need to make and parts do i need to buy?

The diff case NO
The LSD yess.
U need to pull the stock FD LSD and install the S4 LSD.. But it's not just that simple, you need to make sure the shims are correct and ring & pinion are making the correct contact!!!
