Question S-AFC with midpipe

is the S-AFC helps a bit with the midpipe installed n running a stock ecu????

Not a good idea. The S-AFC fools the stock ECU into thinking higher boost is being run resulting in a richer fuel mixture. The problem comes in when a boost spike happens. The spike might only be 12-13psi, but the ECU will see a higher spike because of the S-AFC, and that will cause fuel cut, which is very bad, and will kill the motor.
