RZ Twins in soon...

Secondary turbo failed few weeks ago and found a set of RZ twins with around 30k kms on them which I'm buying soon. I was planning to go single (GT35R) but I'm unfortunately unemployed atm so that's out of the question.

I'm planning to fit my Microtech MT8, 3" downpipe, FMIC w/ piping, remove air-pump and replace all turbo and vacuum hoses during the fix. May be a good idea to port the WG while I'm at it. BTW staying sequential.

Should I to replace the UIM and LIM gaskets? Would I experience boost creep without a EBC but WG ported?

Joseph

Also got a Blitz DSBC lying around. And shopping for a fuel pump and regulator. Should I fit the BC in now or wait till I upgrade the fuel system w/ 1300cc secondaries, then a dyno tune @ 15psi.

The BC would be logical asap. You want to bolt on as many things as you can, but limit the boost to 11psi before you get it wideband tuned. On the gaskets...they are cheap enough to change out, just to be sure you are sealed.

You shouldn't need to port the wastegate w/ the '99's. They are a whole new assembly with their own wastegate.

Has anyone run the 99 twins in non-sequential yet? Does it spool quicker than 92-98 twins in non-seq?

I really don't think they spool any faster. They are just more efficient at moving air because of new fins and an abraidable seal.
The key to fast spool is having a free flowing intake and low restriction exhaust (including bigger exhaust ports).
