I am sure they are authentic OEM; however, I do NOT believe that they will come with the OEM tilt/slide rail...

I'm sure they made more than what just went into the car. You always make extra parts for replacements or for other unforseen circumstances.

Imagine buying a spirit r and then having your seats stolen a week later. Then going to the dealership and being told "Sorry! That's all they made!"

I think they do have the tilt rails also . I also thought that it was a good price for brand new ones insted of having to buy used ones that will not be perfect for like 2500 or so

I do not think that price includes the cushions, those are extra. The title says "shell"

Exactly, there is no cushions, those run an additional ~$1000/. You can almost buy a whole FD for a set of new seats...Give me a break.

Couldn't agree more, when car parts cost just as much as the actual car, you're going over the ridiculous line.
