95 r2 if it has low miles or if you have money and time.....

otherwise 95 base auto low miles. auto's boost lower and are generally driven softer so there will be less component wear. also the suspension is softer so less stuff has been rattled loose. swap the trans and put in an adjustable suspension (so r suspension doesn't matter anyway), then pfc or equivelant, gauges, etc.
