I was thinking about 18'' X 10'' all the way around.. what offset sould I use for the front and the rear wheels.. I just got my FD.. my car

You have to go to the suspension/brakes section.
But to vaguely answer your question, as close to factory offset as possible. Stock offset is 50 and some wheels in a 18x10 offer a 50 offset like ccw but those are alot of money.
