if you want that much HP you probably have to go single turbo. 13b is a 2 rotor engine and the 20b is a 3 rotor engine. the 20b is something $30k i think and is not a simple drop-in. i would do a search, there's plenty of info on 20b engines.

700 bhp is alot of power for 2700 lbs. 400 bhp will get you down the road pretty damn fast

As hard as it is to admit, I think you would need a supercharged V-8 transplant with upgraded drive train to get there. Would likely cost less than the 20B conversion at the same hp level. Have you looked at jimlab's thread about his V-8 monstrosity?

What on earth makes you think you need anywhere near that kind of power for a "road going" FD? Seriously.

The guys running around 500 bhp don't get good traction at WOT until over 80 mph.

I would seriously suggest you do all the bolt-ons with a PFC and the stock twin turbos first. This will get you to about 340-350 rwhp. Try that for a while before you start going nuts.

Also, any rotary engine with that much horsepower will be unstreetable IMO, with a very unforgiving powerband.

Actually the Scoot Rx-7 put down 700 HP in japan. It is a 2 rotor with the HKS T51 KAI i believe, I could be wrong about the turbo. But I know it put down 700 HP. With that much power you will not be able to hold traction in almost any gear at full throttle.
