rx7 expenses

hey i am looking to buy an rx-7 soon but many i have heard and read how they "nickel and dime" you to death. what exactly do they require so often to make this statement true? Thanks alot

man this is going to seem mean and i dont intend it to be is "if u have to ask how much it will cost than you probably cant afford it. i asked that ? and belive me i just border lined be able to come up with the extra 5 grand it took to get the car to run again. the engine blew and good mechanics in this area are hard to come by. if you buy one i would make sure there were six thousand for major repairs if you need it, and odds are u will need it. but on the bright side these cars are wicked!!! still have not driven a car that beats it.

i would have to agree, have at least an extra 3-5k extra because you may think an rx7 (your looking to purchase) is super clean, but remeber its 8 yrs old. wear and tear is what you'll need to worry about (a lot of heat in engine bay, **** breaks or gets worn).
