Exclamation Rx-7 Series 6 Fd3s Auto To Man, Stuck!

Hey, I am new on this site and I am currently performing an AUTO --> Manual conversion on a RX-7 Series 6.

The problem I am having is that I cannot get the clutch to fully disengage. Everything else is ready to roll, diff, tailshaft, MOST of the wiring (what we did was just trick the auto ECU into thinking it is always in Neutral, this way we're able to start the car).

I can pretty much start the car in any gear but it takes off straight away -- even with my foot flat down on the pedal.

Have bled the lines about 3 times over now, tried extending the clutch cylinder piston but that didn't work either, installed a new Wire Ring and Wedge collar too.

Is the wedge collar suppose to be sitting flush with the teeth of the clutch? At the moment it's sitting about 7mm out of it.

Another thing I noted is that there is an orange 'HOLD' flashing on the cluster when I start the car. On the gearbox next to the shifter is a spare plug that has not been connected to anything yet -- could this be the problem?

Just for extra details sake the clutch is second hand but seemed to be in decent enough condition to reuse I'm pretty sure that's not the problem.

Also the clutch line we have used is a bit longer than the normal item + has a few more bends (didn't have anything else to use). Do I need to get a more direct line custom made? The pedal isn't spongey at all so I'm not sure if this is the problem either.

Any help would be fantastic. I'm pretty new to rotors but the power this car has in a manual and totally stuck is incredible, even if I can only drive it in 2nd gear.

If someone in Brisbane knows how to fix this problem let me know, there's a quick $100 cash ready if you can do it because I am stumped. Reply here or just call me on 0430 11 00 33 Cheers. (For Australians only unless you want to fly over)
