There are mods that can be done to make them more dependable. On a fd, heat is a problem. So if you keep them cool, take good care of it, and don't mod the heck out of it, then I imagine it would be more dependable.

I don't have any serious mods planned for the RX7 though. I just want it to be happy and keep the temps down. I love the way the car handles and performs stock, so there's no real reason for me to go ***** out with it, that's what the Talon is for now.
(No, I never had to replace any of my window motors. Strange problem if you had to do it twice, maybe a short is causing an overload on the motors? Dunno).
