FOOOL!!!
sorry to be so blunt, but NEVER bid until the last second
before the auction ends!

if you bid days early like that, all it does is jack the price up
when someone else bids. Chances of no one else bidding
on auctions arent all that good.

Some people just never learn that you get what you pay for with these cars... Have fun cleaning up someone else's mess!

In all my expierences, "you get what you pay for" , but now you have an FD and you're happy about it so go and have fun with it.

If you get what you pay for, can you explain why I got my car for 10.5 gs when it had 63k miles on it and all I had to do was fix a couple of oil leaks. I see cars in the paper all the time with way more miles for about 5.5 grand more than what I paid. -There are bargains out there. Pretty much any fd for around 8 or 9 is a bargain even if the car doesn't even work. Just put in a new engine. That car for 6 with the turbo and the crate engine is the steal of a lifetime. That turbo and engine alone probably cost nearly 6.
