RX-7 cutoff problem

RX-7 cutoff problem
I have a 93 RX-7 with about 60k miles (10k on new engine). But the car cuts off almost every time that I stop. I don't trust the dealership to touch it anymore, do any of you guys know what the problem might be? Any help would be appreciated.
