Location = No rotary shop
Owned the car for a few years starting it this spring idle jumped from 150 to over 1000 car smelt like it was running very rich, changed plugs ran on highway slowly died took more gas to keep going, until it really couldn't move.
-Havent modified anything recently before this.
Car is at a local performance shop- went through computer, it read tps relay codes and fuel pump relay
checked fuel pressure- good
checked spark-good
said he would switch tps from other seven tomorrow

What would you check next? I kinda have my ideas whats yours(experience plz)

Yeah I really didnt want it to come to that my mechanic said he swaped out every sensor check through everything except for changing the fuel pump. Any others off hand, also if it is the engine how about to I go finding the cause of failure? since everything seems to be workin fine(I guess open her up and see?)
