Running Rich, Low fuel pressure

I was just about to take my car to get emissions done today when after a hard pull the fuel pressure dropped below 30 and car started running really rich. The outside temp was 35 plus humidity but i doubt that the heat caused the problem.

I replaced my stock relay for a higher amperage about a year ago

please help me figure out what is causing this i read it could be fuel pump, relay, injectors, fuel rail but how do I know for sure what is causing it?

Thanks,

Andrew

Leaking injectors? How old are your injectors? Smell any fuel underneath the UIM?
