I'm just guessing at 10-15 maybe? 11.2 is a good safe number to stick with.

I'd aim for 11.5-11.8 with semi-conservative timing numbers. Add a bit of fuel from 7K on up til you're at about 11.2 or so. Keep it rich below 3K rpm, say 10.8's to 11.0. You should see 370 to 380's depending on what your other mods are and what sort of port you have. SR used to say that a stock engine, a very healthy one, MIGHT reach 380's at 15psi on pump gas with the RX6. What sort of computer are you using?
