Roughly how much would it cost...

All in, to replace 5th gear synchro (that's what causes the grind right)?

Install a new aentenna motor/wiring?

Third...If the turbo return line is slow leaking oil, is that an indication that the turbo may need to be replaced, or that the lines just need to be replaced? If it's a turbo rebuild/replacement, how would that run, all in?

This is on a 93 R1 with 85K miles in OEM condition except for an HKS downpipe and K&N air filter.

Thanks.

If the oil return lines are leaking a little oil, try replacing the gaskets. 5 bucks each at the Mazda Dealership

With 85k, you might consider a clutch and pressure plate while you have the transmission out. Along with that, a new throw-out bearing, rear transmission seal, pilot bearing and shift select spindle. Depending on what brand clutch package....ACT SS is popular for stock cars, probably better and cheaper than stock and goes for about $550. Another $100 or so for the other parts and new lube.
If you remove and replace the transmission yourself instead of taking it somewhere for the work, you'll save about that much more.
