Rough idle, blipped throttle and it shut off

Over the weekend I was taking my FD out a few times and went to start it up after a little break. It sounded like it was misfiring or something, just sounded a little rough. I went and blipped the gas to see if that would do anything and the car shut off. I started it back up and it idled perfectly, and ran perfectly also. This is the first time it ever idled like that, what should I check out?

I would probably check all connections, plug wires, injector clips, map sensor, vac lines, tps settings, etc. If everything checks out I would not worry about it unless it does it again. These cars are notorious for being a bit moody...

Could also be your IACV starting to poop itself.

I'm a bit mechanically dumb at the moment so I'll have to figure out where some of that stuff is/how to check it.

Would that present itself only when the car is already warm upon startup? I had it happen again after driving home, I went out about 30 minutes later to take it for another ride and when I started it, temps were already in the mid 60s or so. Started idling weird but didn't die this time when I gave it some gas, and eventually it smoothed out and drove fine. It's definitely only when the car is started back up after it's fairly warm, the startup from work after sitting 8 hours was perfect.
