ROUGH cold start............*lets think*

Now this just starting doing it 2 nights ago when i thought it was flooded but it did it again yesterday morning. I go out to my car and start it..no problems starting it but when warming up the car idles really rough and the idle is at about 12-13 in..after about a couple of minutes the car is running fine. No hot start issues nothing. Only when the car is cold. The engine has 5000 miles on it and pulls 16-17 n of vac when warm at idle. i recently replcaed the water temp sensor with a cheap autozone one but i dont thnik that can be the deal. CEL is not on...i did a search what do u guys think?

I would suspect the "cheap autozone" coolant temp sensor myself.

The coolant temp sensor is a "high authority" sensor until your car gets to closed loop. No obvious reason not to use OEM.

I would also start with an OEM thermosensor just to rule that out.

Have you checked to make sure you don't have any hidden codes (not all codes trigger the CEL)?
