Rotary Tips

Im looking to buy a RX7 mk 3 twin turbo! but i have heard many rumours about the rotary tips bending and thus engine dead! is this true? and have mazda sorted this out? if not how much would new rotor tips be?

I believe you mean seals, not tips. And if seals go, it's time for a full engine rebuild. You're looking at several thousand on up depending what you have done.

Yes when the seals are gone then you need a rebuild. But that it's mostly up to you. What mods you do, maintenance, what condition is the engine etc etc....
