There is some serious racing going on right now across the pond at the Sydney Motorsports Park. There are several rotaries competing in this event including our good friend's from Ric Shaw Racing. For those not familiar with this event, it draws cars from across the globe. You can see more info about the event from the facebook and website links below( seem their website is getting overloaded from time to time).
Ric's Adaptronic powered 2 rotor FD is running a new Borg Warner 8374 EFR. We are very curious to see how this compared to his old To4Z.

I will see if I can get an update from Ric or Andy during the race, but I am sure they have their hands full. In car video, and pictures will follow shortly after the racing is over. Its early in the race, but Ric's FD is currently in 16th place( of 62), and 1st for the rotaries...

I've been so busy with my car I had forgotten about this event , now I cant wait to get home to watch these!

The bad MPG's of the rotary wont affect them as much at this event VS the 24h bathurst

 

What sort of intercooler configuration is that? It almost looks like a side mount but its huge.

 

i believe it is a stock mount
