Restoring Engine Bay / Grounding Points

Restoring Engine Bay / Grounding Points
About to have the car sent off to paint and having the engine bay sprayed as well. I want to assure proper grounding points are sanded down and blocked off prior to doing so.
I know obviously the intake manifold o fire location in which I was just going to sand and place a bolt and washer over the exposed area as masking for the grounding point.
But how about the battery side of things?
I was planning of having the bracket painted black as well to blend in better. Should I do the same for the bracket as I am for the fire wall where the ground meets? Should I sand the back of the bracket as well as the chassis where the two mounting screws into the chassis?
Am I missing any other grounding points in the engine bay? Or any other spots where I should add an additional ground?
I just don’t want to have to have to sand any spots down after I have already had the bay painted.
Also how about these spots will they need spots left bare as well?
Thanks!!

They don't need to be bare, the bolt will ground it. I would paint it nicely without blocking things off and then quick wire wheel if you really think you need it. But a little dielectric grease and a bolt will do fine.

The bracket in the second set of pictures is where the middle of the factory negative ground wire attaches to. Starts at the negative battery terminal, attaches there, then attaches to the block.
That bracket is coated from the factory in a weird green zinc-type coating. That coating looks like crap but it does conduct electricity. If you paint that bracket that ground would not work. You could have that bracket plated by a shop that does electroplating, that would make it look good and also still conduct electricity.
