resistance on wastegate and precontrol

resistance on wastegate and precontrol
what are the resistance settings on the wastegate and precontrol solenoids?
i'm getting 30ohms on everything on my solenoid rack, and 25ohms on each of the precontrol/wastegate solenoids
but on a digital meter it's 29.5ohms on the precontrol/wastegate and 38-40ohms on the other solenoids
help?
what should the resistance on the injectors be?
