Residual at Oil Filler Neck? What's wrong?

I was doing an Oil Change and found some residual at the oil filler neck? What's that and is that a sign of enging coolant seal failure? Anyone, please tell me what's going on?

Sloshed up fuel and condensation.

An crankcase catch-tank helps with this.

Thanks for your quick response. So my engine is fine and there isn't any pontential engine problem right? Is that normal for FD what really causing that?

You refer to crankcase catch-tank , is that same as those Cusco Oil Catch Can.

Thanks

Most people notice this as well. I wouldn't exactly say it is "fine" but I wouldn't say it is critical either. Fuel breaks down oil life.

Yep. Although Jaz can is the same thing and only costs 50$.
