Pretty sure that requires modifying existing brackets. (aka cutting)

yeah doesn't really matter to me if needs cutting, just want to know if it's a scam or a real company

Contact them, get a phone number and business address. I couldnt find anything online about people getting scammed from them.

Also Ill direct you to a site that im a member of, you can post the website there and they can tell you who owns it, how long its been around and a bunch of other information.
