Replacing stock belts

Hey guys I've done some searching but can't really find any good pictures to work off of. All i'm trying to do is replace both belts, i've read replacement is pretty straight forward but being this is the first time doing this should i be worried about any of the pullies spinning while i do this? and how do I know if it's tensioned correctly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
George

Go to pages C-6 thru C-8 in the FSM. There are pictures and instructions on properly routing and tensioning the belts (a routing picture should also be on the underside of the hood). You don't need the "SST" for tensioning, just push on the belt at the locations mentioned in the FSM and judge deflection. I prefer to error on the side of a little too loose. If it squeaks on cold start-up or quick acceleration, then tighten a little.

You also don't have to worry about pulleys spnning and it can be done with IIRC a 12mm and 10mm. socket, a ratchet and (if you have one) a short extension.
For whatever reason though, alot of people seem to forget about the tension adjustment under the airpump for the AP/WP/ALT pulley...maybe because it's hard to see. If you have the stock airbox, you will have to remove it too.
