Replaced motor - slight pauses in idle & 2nd turbo doesnt turn on
I bought a car with a blown motor. I replace the motor with another one which had majority of the vacuum lines plugged in. I'm currently experiencing several issues that may or may not be related with each other.
Here is what I did:
1. Checked TPS to make sure it is within range by warming up the car to 90C via powerfc.
2. Half turn idler screw under the throttle body, reset pfc, disabled o2, and performed the idle learn.
3. Checked the charge relief valve and it was pulled in when the car was on and pushed out when the car was off.
Issue 1:
Car idles kinda of funky, the pfc shows the idle to be around 750-780 with no electrical load. Here is a pic of what the pfc shows:

Issue 2: The first turbo will boost but right around 3-4k the car would sound like its dumping all the exhaust gases and hesitates. If I put enough gas to boost then let go of the gas around 3.5k then I will get the compressor surge sound.
Issue 3: I backed the car out so I could start working on it. After I shut the car off with the key on the 'on' position I heard this weird buzzing noise. The noise eventually died down after a minute. I couldn't track it down but it seemed like it came from under the UIM.

Buzzing could be the ISC. Unplug that, you can usually get to it with the intake manifold on pretty easily.
As far as the second turbo, I see you have stock check valves. That's a first thing to do, I sell Viton check valves that are direct replacements. PM me for details.
As far as the idle, hard to say. Is the engine a NEW engine, or a good used engine? Freshly rebuilt engines will many times idle rough.
Could also be the ISC could use a cleaning, if it's clogged up it can stick and give a funky idle.

This is a good used engine. I'll PM you about the check valves.

I have an update, the car would will not Rev past 4000 to 5000rpm. I replaced all the sparks and wires before I swapped.
I'm not sure if this is related but if I have the map disconnected and the ignition on "on" one of the solenoids would click.
