repair ac?
IMHO the AC on the FD works GREAT. Ice cold air coming from the vents, takes very little power away from the car...I'm very pleased with it. Not to mention most ladies enjoy AC, and I sure like it when I'm dressed up for work and I'm not swimmin' in sweat.
The parts would probably be pretty easy to find used. The only thing you have to know is there are 2 different AC systems - the Nippondenso system on the Tourings, and the MANA system on all other cars. You can't mix and match components.
Get all the hard parts, reassemble with new O-rings, and have an AC shop charge it with Freon. Good to go.

I like the AC...If you don't like it on turn it off...But IMO I say put it in...
A/C works great when it is working. Partially because they use R12 instead of R134a. R12 cools much better. I'm not sure if 95s' use 134 or R12, I know around 95 is when most manufactures had to start changing over to 134. The only problem with R12 is that it's a much smaller Molecule than R134a, so when you have a leak, it usually leaves the system faster, and it's usually easier to have a leak in the R12 systems. I've noticed that most of the FD's I've worked on, they tend to leak at one of the joints on the passenger side before they reach the shock tower. This could be because some people pull out these lines when they pull an engine and don't replace the O-ring or damage it putting it together. Why they pull the lines in the first place? Who knows, it's not needed. But this would be a good start to check your system for leaks if that's the problem your having.
If you are just low on refrigerant, and can fix the leak yourself, you can buy the R12 or R134a at your local checkers or autozone. Most parts stores carry it. You can even get an adaptor kit to Turn your R12 system into a R-134a system since R12 is plenty more expensive.
