Repainting front bumper - how much or how hard?
I'll be taking a test drive in a red FD tomorrow that I looked at quickly yesterday. It's got the paint problems - a late '92 with little cracks in the paint of the front bumper all over. The body paint isn't bad.
How expensive is it to get the repainted, or how hard to do it myself? Just in case the engine is in good shape (unlikely), I'll need to work their price down a lot.

Is the front-end fiberglass? If so, it's the gel coat under the paint that is cracking. Best thing to do is sand the bumper down to the fiberglass, then repaint. If you have the painting equipment (spray gun, compressor, etc) and some experience or a friend with some you should be able to repaint it yourself. A body shop will probably charge you around 400 bucks to do the job. If you remove it from the car and sand it, they may just paint it for you.
