So, I have a Chaste White FD that is in decent condition but I would like to paint it. Was thinking of painting it more of a pearl white rather than the original white. My issue is that the chaste white FD is a desirable color and it seems foolish to change it. No offense to other colors, but it would seem more logical to change a more common color, say red or montego to white.

Should I repaint it to the original Chaste White or go for a pearl white?

 

Yes, there are plenty of VR and Montegos to color change. No need to color change one of the few CWs out there. Just my opinion hopefully you will agree. If you want to repaint one of the rare colors, repaint a CYM as they are ugly anyways
