Question Removing Overflow Tank

I am certain that I have a coolant leak somewhere at my overflow tank, whether it be the hoses or a crack in the tank. My question is, how am I suppose to remove this little sucker? I originally thought to take off the passenger headlight assembly but when I flipped the light up, it doesnt seem to reveal anything. And it looks like there is no way in hell i'm lifting that thing up from the top, so Is my only way from the bottom? or do i need to to come from inside the engine compartment? I will soon have most all my stuff(ic piping and intakes) out to replace a few things, so would this be the best time to do this? Also, how is the tank held in other than the bolt up top near the filler neck?

so, take off the wheel and then take off the the liner on the inside of the wheel well? Then I'll be able to get to it?

just make sure it is crack there is an overfill hole that if there is too much coolant in the overflow tank it will leak out

Remove the inner fender like they have said. Then, there are 2 bolts that hold the tank in place(fairly easy to find), then once you have those out you have to move it towards the front of the car becuase there is a little clip to hold it in place.
