Removing Lower Control Arms. Need some help.

So I'm in the process of changing out my pillowball bushings and I'm trying to remove my control arms so I can use a press. Problem I'm having is that I can't seem to be able to remove the rear bolt on the rear lower control arms. It is also the bolt that allows you to adjust the camber.

Is there a trick or method to removing this bolt/nut? Do you need air tools to do it?

You have to hold the head of the bolt stationary and turn the nut. Although that bolt can be tight, I have never had much problems with it. Spray it up with some pb blaster and let it soak. Use a breaker bar if you have to. I don't really like to use air tools on those but you can if you must.
