Question Removing interior passenger door panel

Well, I've taken all the screws out and have basically popped out all the pins and plastics pieces needed to remove the panel. The window switch is where i'm having trouble. Is that thing bolted/screwed on from the inside? The panel wants to come off with the exception of the window switch area, somehow theres one more screw (i'm assuming) in there that keeps me from pulling it off. There's no sign of any screws that can be taken off and i'm afraid of pulling it off too hard and breaking something. Anyone care to shed some light?

There is a screw that connects the top of the door handle to the door. I thought I had everything off then... snap busted the handle. :{ I still can't figure out how to get that screw unscrewed from outside??

You need to pull out the window switch to access the top handle mounting screw. There are two plastic tabs, that's one on both sides of the switch.

[edit]I didnt' break them, BTW. You can probably release them by carefully inserting a small flat-head screw driver and pushing on the tab.[/edit]

Remove the screws on the edges/sides of the panel. The screw in the center of the panel does not anchor the panel to the door. Do not attemp to pull the panel off just yet. Slide the panel forward (toward the front of the car) about 1/2 to 1 inch and gently remove the panel.

To clarify, the screw in the center of the panel is not the same as pictured above. Its located below the door handle.
