removing heater core

guys..anyone got any tips on removing the heater core out? i already pulled the A/C core and im having some trouble pulling the heater core out...im hoping i dont have to pull the dash completely off.. anyone ever do this before?

I had mine out a few weeks ago and I can't forsee a way to remove the heater core without taking out the dash since it is within the assembly that directs the airflow to the different vents.

...seriously...pull the dash

It's a PITA and next to impossible w/o pulling the dash
