Remove of headlight cover with no battery

Currently my car sits with no engine and no battery and I was wondering how I can remove the headlight cover? I unscrewed the 2 screws on the top but it seems as though there is a 3rd one that can only be accessed if the headlight is flipped up. How would I go about removing that one?

Sorry, I don't have a manual and I did do a search.

Then download the manual from the stickied Tech Manual thread. There is a **** for manually raising the lights.
