Redline and High beam

I accidentally hit redline on 2nd gear momentarily and the high beams flashed in synch with the warning buzzer. Feature ?

Sure there wasn't a cop behind you? Maybe you hit the high beams?!

Redline isn't going to hurt the car so I suggest you try it again and see if it still hapeens every time. Thats weird, maybe its a short?
