im in the process of buying my first RX7 and had a question. i'm considering on going to look at a 1993 touring ed. silver with red leather interior 88k orig. miles/ 6,000 miles on rebuilt eng and turbos from a place called mazda mart and installed by a mazda dealership. it appears to be in great shape but my question is with the interior was red leather a option in 1993? the owner said it was. he asking 16,500 obo. is it worth it? any info would be helpful thanks

If it's all in good condition... I think it's a good price - especially if you get the OBO part of it. Expect to pay some premium for the red leather. Problem with these cars is that you don't find out what's really wrong for a few weeks/months. Radiator... hoses... bushings... blah blah.
