recommended resonator for exhaust

My exhaust is a little loud...I think it was around 105db at idle when I went to the DMV, so I decided to do something about it. I'm gonna put a metallic substrate cat on a mid pipe and now I'm looking for a resonator to either weld into the midpipe or the piping on the cat back. Anyone have a good recommendation?

I made a midpipe (well, had a midpipe made ) with a 3" Random metallic cat and a 5x8" oval 14" long 3" offset/center Magnaflow muffler. It made an incredible difference in the sound level and kept my exhaust from stinking. And it fits perfectly with no clearance issues. A 3" center/center muffler should work fine, too, and you can probably substitute the less expensive Dynatech metallic cat without trouble as well.

Max what shop did the work? I will probably be doing something similar but maybe with a chambered muffler to make it even quieter.
