Recalibrating stock gauges?

Anyone know anyplace that can do this. Can a regular mechanic do it?

you can do it yourself with a lot of patience. i'm assuming this is because you took off the needles to put on new gauge faces right? do a search on the forum...pm if you need more info.

to calibrate....

Leave the glass off the guages along with the needles off....

tach
If you have a PFC, very simple to do.
if not set the needle at idle range.

Speedo
Have someone drive next to you at 60MPH...confirm the speed and drop the needle on 60.

Gas
Fill tank then place needle on full

Oil and water
after car is warmed up place needle in middle

thing is the tach goeas to about 2600K - 3000K and barely moves up and downthe speedo is a bit off, and has most of the range of motion...
