Rebuilding 99 spec turbos

I'm having low secondary boost issues and today noticed some smoke when the secondary came on and oil on the bottom of the housing. Nothings for certain yet, but I'll find out this week whether it's on its way out. A few questions:

1) Are the turbos on all 99+ models the same (I have a 99 RB type)?
2) Are there any rebuild kits for these turbos?

I've searched for some time now, but haven't found much on this topic.

There are two versions of the 99 turbo.

They don't really sell a rebuild kit anymore. BNR rebuilds them but you are better off throwing them away. People want $1k plus to rebuild them

just look at the part number on the primary turbo, and find a known good used set of the same and be done with it.
They're pretty cheap. Especially in Japan.... used parts for nearly pennies on the dollar

no use rebuilding them.
