Will require a motor, fluid container, tubing, and wiper assembly. Then some body work as you will have to cut a hole in the hatch etc...

I had one on my 93 touring model. It was a pain in the @$$!! But I have to ask, as clean as the hatch looks on the FD why would you want to put a rear wiper back there??

When I had my car painted, the painter told me that he came close to removing the wiper, welding over the hole before he painted it. I wish he had!!

Trade your wiperless hatch with someone who has a wiper and doesn't want it.

Much like sunroofs, most FD owners who have rear wipers don't want them.

You'll need everything listed above, as well as the center console button and some custom wiring.

You guys should work out an exchange

I have a 94 camaro right now and with the weather in florida it rains everyday. The water cascades down through the middle making it difficult to see out the rear view. As clean as it looks I just don't know. I'll drive it when it's up and running to see how it is. Thanks for the advice, and I'll try to keep it as is

the rx7 hatch window is slightly more rounded to the sides then a camaro, the water doesnt really block the vision so much. I think the main advantage is when you first get in the car, as once your moving foward the rain isnt really bad. My wiper doesnt contantly wipe.. it wipes 3 times at first, then every 30 secs or something.

Rx7s arent very much fun in the rain, wide tires + light car = hydroplane

+1 on trading a touring owner for their hatch. You cut a hole in your hatch and slam an aftermarket wiper in there, when it comes time to sell the car, it will be, imo, a major set back.
